Residential Broker Eric Waldow works as a coach and educator. After remodeling and selling multiple properties, a passion was lit, and he decided to enter the real estate world. For Eric, real estate is about sustainability, relationships, and family, which is why he works out of the family owned John L. Scott Federal Way Office. 

 

Eric is a problem solver and can help clients from all backgrounds buy and sell their homes. His kindness and compassion born of being a father and educator, helps clients feel at ease and confident that they are in capable hands. Eric’s strong communication skills and connections with a community of reliable contractors and skilled laborers, helps home owners prepare to buy and sell. 

 

Eric believes that living life is about contribution to your community. As a father of a child with disabilities, he volunteers with organizations that assist disabled youth. He also is a contributing member of Real Rent Duwamish. As an outdoor educator, Eric, gives back to the land by teaching the importance of the Pacific Northwest ecosystem; including raising and releasing salmon, volunteering to create rain gardens to mitigate residential and automotive runoff, and helping to eradicate invasive species. Sustainability is the future.
